What we collect, why, and what you can demand.

Only what you send us yourself: the fields you fill in on our forms, and the address you leave to receive our news. We buy no lists and collect nothing without your knowledge.
This site uses no statistics, tracking or advertising tools. We do not know which pages you visit, nor how long you stay on them.
They are handled by Zenchef. What you enter in the booking module is processed by that provider, under its own privacy policy.
The Careers and Private events pages use Typeform forms. What you submit there, including a CV, passes through that provider before reaching us.
If you subscribe, we keep your first name, your e-mail address, along with the date and IP address of your sign-up, in our own database hosted in Switzerland at Infomaniak. The date and IP address serve only to establish that you did give your consent.
Every message carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click. We then keep a record of that withdrawal: without it, we could no longer demonstrate that you were indeed removed from the list.
A request sent through a form is kept for as long as it takes to answer it, then deleted. A subscription to our news lasts until you end it.
You may at any time ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it erased. Write to us at mexicanagrilllausanne@gmail.com : we answer.
