What we collect, why, and what you can demand.

Only what you send us yourself: the fields you fill in on our forms, and the address you leave to receive our news. We buy no lists and collect nothing without your knowledge.
We count visits to this site to learn which pages interest you. This measurement is done by our own means, on our server in Switzerland: no cookie is set, nothing is stored on your device, and no data is passed to any third party, neither Google Analytics nor any other service.
Your IP address is never kept: it is used only once to compute a technical identifier valid for the current day, so that you are not counted twice on the same day. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, your visit is not counted at all.
They are handled by Zenchef. What you enter in the booking module is processed by that provider, under its own privacy policy.
The Careers, Reservations and Groups & events pages use Typeform forms. What you submit there, including a CV, passes through this provider before reaching us.
If you subscribe, we keep your first name, your e-mail address, along with the date and IP address of your sign-up, in our own database hosted in Switzerland at Infomaniak. The date and IP address serve only to establish that you did give your consent.
Every message carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click. We then keep a record of that withdrawal: without it, we could no longer demonstrate that you were indeed removed from the list.
A request sent through a form is kept for as long as it takes to answer it, then deleted. A subscription to our news lasts until you end it.
